Предлагаются схемы управления потоками пластикового мусора. Анализируется пространственное распределение пластикового мусора. Делаются выводы по особенностям массопереноса пластика и микропластика. Предлагается программа вовлечения в мониторинг микропластикового загрязнения местного населения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sources responsible for pollution of the Arctic by plastic waste are considered. Approaches to plastic waste management are proposed. The spatial distribution of plastic waste is analyzed. Conclusions on the specific features of mass transfer of plastic and microplastics are drawn.
