Основное внимание уделяется методам, позволяющим получить интегральную оценку. Рассматриваются вопросы применения биологических методов оценки экологического состояния шельфовой зоны арктических морей России. Дан краткий обзор существующих методов биотестирования морской среды, а также приведены примеры использования биотестовых систем. На примере модельных донных сообществ приводится экологическая оценка морских донных экосистем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides an analytical review of long-term studies assessing the ecological state of Arctic marine ecosystems. The focus is on integral estimation methods. The issues associated with the application of biological methods for assessing the ecological state of the Russian continental shelf of Arctic seas are considered. The author briefly reviews existing methods for biotesting the marine environment and provides examples of the use of biotest systems.
